Returned Merchandise Policy
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days after purchase. Returned merchandise requires authorization prior to shipping. Contact our sales representative for shipping instructions and to obtain a return authorization number.
- Credit will not be issued unless authorization to return merchandise accompanies the returned merchandise.
- Any charges that may be incurred due to damaged merchandise or missing parts will be deducted from credits owed to customer.
- All merchandise returned must be packaged securely and shipped freight prepaid.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned merchandise.
- Bayside Shop Equipment is not responsible for product/parts damaged during the return process.
